We’re proud to announce that Safe in Salford community step down service is now a SafeLives Leading Lights accredited service!
Leading Lights is an independent certification that recognizes domestic abuse services meeting high standards of quality. This accreditation affirms that our community/step down provision is providing excellent support for victims and survivors of domestic abuse. It also highlights that we committed to best practices in areas such as governance and multi-agency collaboration.
SafeLives stated of the accreditation: “This is a great achievement which demonstrates [Safe in Salford’s] dedication and commitment to providing essential support for those impacted by domestic abuse.”
Leading Lights accredited status ensures survivors receive the highest level of care and support from a team with proven standards. It also guarantees that our community provision is trustworthy, focused on victims and survivors’ well-being, and effective, compassionate, and professional. This means that victims and survivors can have confidence in the service they receive, knowing it aligns with the highest standards of care and support.
